Hello everyone I hope you all well and excited about the news of our next retreat!!! This time we are going to the most unbelievable waterfall. Another of my first destinations on the road to my journey. Again I will be joined by the wonderful Shazza Raynes and also 2 beautiful friends XVictoria XBennett and anna Williams. Again we will be getting coaches from the holy family social club
🧘‍♂️leaving 8am Sunday 4th June
🧘‍♂️Arriving at aber falls and having a dip
🧘‍♂️Back to coaches and back to holy family social club
🧘‍♂️ Split group work
🧘‍♂️20 minutes yoga with myself & Anna
🧘‍♂️20 minutes law of attraction with shazza
🧘‍♂️20 minutes sound healing with reiki Vicky
🧘‍♂️finished off with a 3 course Indian meal

We only have limited spaces on this guy for safety and also so you all benefit from the sessions.

This time I’ve learnt a lot about the food side of things so no one will be waiting in line. I promise. We all know how hard we worked last time. It’s hard enough cooking a roast dinner for 2 never mind 100! 🙏🙌

🧘‍♂️CHAKRA WOW🧘‍♂️

It’s not a chakra wow breakfast though 🙄🤣👌🌱

First lesson learnt, add potato puffs to our breakfast. and chakra wow is great value for money 🤯🤣 spent 3 days worth of money on a breakfast, but it was lovely.

This journey I have been on this year has been epic and now this is the icing on the cake, not the cherry as I believe None of us can reach that level as we are forever learning, changing and adapting. But definitely this is going to help me become who I truly want to be!

I want to thank you all, everyone because without you all believing in me with regards to chakra wow cafe, Mpathy yoga studio & all the others I’ve met on my journey I wouldn’t of found my purpose in life.

My beautiful partner Melissa Jane and my kids will be missed, as will you all, but again this is something I need to do. To benefit me, you and everyone.

Love you all ❤️ don’t forget our classes are still on whilst I’m away but cafe is closed. She will be missed. But as soon as I’m home the doors will be reopen 🌎☮️🇮🇳

🧘‍♂️CHAKRA WOW🧘‍♂️

Come join me and grab all your bits before I go away. You can take what you want and pay me when I’m home 🙌🙏 I mean it, i would hate for you to all be missing out because of my journey.

Which is another thing I would like to talk about today. 10 months ago I made a conscious decision to start meditating & reading books. Now I have a vegan cafe and am a yoga instructor which, to me the 2 greatest things life could ever offer me. and it’s is all down to me making a decision to drop everything that doesn’t serve me and fulfill my purpose and my passion. 10 months!!! And do you know the best part of the 10 months was??? ALL OF IT. Every step of the way to get me here, the present moment. All the tough times, the hard work, the easy times and easy work. The fails the achievements. I enjoyed it all because I learnt a little more about myself each time.

I’m not here to brag I’m here to encourage you. Step out of the comfortable zone, step into the unknown. Follow your destiny. Don’t regret not trying.

If you believe & have faith the rest has already been set out, just enjoy the journey there
