Quiet day today at Coffee500 so I got a bit of baking done. Victoria sponge with Jam and fresh Cream. One of our most popular cakes only 4 slices left.
Chocolate topped flapjack
And my delicious Banana bread will all be on sale tomorrow.

Shop is currently closed, due to a fault with the hot water. If I can get it rectified today and open up I will update on here. Thanks for your understanding

Today has gone a bit off plan. Forgetting I needed to borrow a car today after arriving back from Italy last night has meant I'm very behind schedule. I will update on here when or if the shop opens today.
