Nothing says “I love you” more at the Christmas than the gift of . . . . FISH!!

Okay, so maybe I do need to work on my sales technique, but if you’re after a present that’s a little left field, why not consider a Native gift voucher. DOH!!! When making a batch of smoked haddock, always remember to order the fresh haddock first 🙄.

I didn’t and, as a consequence, I’m afraid there won’t be a new batch of smoked haddock on Friday, as previously mentioned. However, I do still have half fillet haddock packs in the freezer and plenty of smoked salmon in the fridge!

Versatile smoked haddock . . . I made this for dinner a couple of nights ago! A paella of smoked haddock, spinach, cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. I even managed to get a decent socarrat on the bottom of the pan 😋!

If you’d like to try something similar, I have Oak Smoked Haddock available frozen today from the smokehouse, with a fresh batch due out of the smoker on Friday. Open all week, as usual, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4.30pm

. . . this time served with lightly spiced creamy puy lentils and buttered spinach!

I currently have frozen half fillets of smoked haddock available, with a new batch fresh out of the smoker on Friday morning. Open all week, as usual, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4.30pm. All you have to do is find me 🤣.
