We want to be open and honest with our customers.
Today we discovered that a 50% discount was applied to orders placed through Just Eat — and that this discount was taken directly from our side. We want to make it absolutely clear that we did not agree to this promotion, nor were we informed that such a significant discount would be funded by us.
As a small independent business, our prices are already set as fairly and affordably as possible. Absorbing a 50% discount from our own pocket is simply not sustainable and puts real pressure on our team and our ability to continue serving you.
We are currently raising this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you are always very welcome to place your orders directly with us by phone — it supports us directly and helps avoid any confusion.
