Great North Run Sunday 🏃‍♂️💜

This Sunday, Azad will be taking on the Great North Run alongside his son, running in support of Alzheimer’s Society, a cause very close to his heart.

And once the running is done, we’ll be ready to welcome everyone back to Shikara 🍛🍺

Our usual special will be available for £19.95 per head, and anyone who’s taken part in the Great North Run can enjoy a free bottle of Cobra B**r with us. Just show proof of participation.

Whether you’re running, supporting or simply joining us afterwards, come and celebrate the day with us.

GIVEAWAY - The Great North Run is nearly here 🏃‍♂️💗

This year, we’re taking it on to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society, a cause very close to our hearts after losing our mum and grandmother to Alzheimer’s.

To help raise a little more, we’re running a competition too.

Guess the finish times in the comments for our two runners, aged 52 and 22. Closest guesses win a meal for 2 with a bottle of w**e at Shikara.
