Come and enjoy a Scandinavian-inspired wellness morning by the sea, combining movement, relaxation, heat, mindful rituals and nourishing food.

* 45-minute Pilates Flow with Steph Shilling Pilates
* Meditation & Breathwork Reset
* 60 minute Authentic wood-fired sauna with stunning sea views
* Nourishing honey face mask
* Aromatherapy ice ball
* Brunch with sea views at the beach house

SCANDINAVIAN BRUNCH AT THE BEACH HOUSE
A delicious Nordic twist on brunch, featuring:
* Nordic berry electrolyte — essential minerals blended with forest berries
* Botanical herbal tea
* Coffee
* Swedish potato salad — new potatoes, mustard sauce, chopped cornichons, capers, dill, roast tomatoes, buttered spinach and fried egg
* Smoked salmon — dill cream cheese, poached eggs, beetroot purée and pickles, served on rye or sourdough
* Maple porridge — berry compote, mixed nuts and seeds, chia seeds and fresh berries
* cinnamon buns

A morning to move, breathe, reset, sweat, nourish and reconnect — all while taking in beautiful sea views.
