🫧✨ Housekeeping Lead – The Nest at The Woodmans Arms

We’re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Lead to join our team at The Nest, our boutique collection of five beautifully appointed guest rooms within The Woodmans Arms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in exceptional standards and understands that the little details make a big difference to the guest experience. Alongside maintaining our rooms to the highest standard, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day organisation of the housekeeping operation.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to an exceptional standard
• Managing housekeeping rotas and cleaning schedules
• Monitoring and replenishing housekeeping stock
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure consistency across all rooms
• Supporting the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience

The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous housekeeping experience (essential)
• Have supervisory or management experience (preferred but not essential)
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and lead by example
• Take pride in creating welcoming, beautifully presented spaces for our guests

Hours will vary between 12–25 per week depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required, and full training will be provided.
