As many of you know, we’re proudly an Italian family restaurant, but we’re also incredibly grateful to call the UK our home.

Over the years, you’ve welcomed us, supported our family business, and helped Amico Mio become what it is today. We feel so fortunate to live and work in such a wonderful country, and we’re proud to be part of this amazing community.

With England playing this Wednesday we’ve decided to close for the evening so our team can get together, enjoy a well-deserved beer, and cheer on the Three Lions! 🍻🦁

We’ll be back open as normal from Thursday evening 5:00pm ready to welcome you with all your favourite Italian dishes.

🍕 WE’RE LOOKING FOR A NEW WEEKLY PIZZA SPOT! 🍕

For the past few years, we’ve loved serving our fresh, authentic Italian stone baked pizzas every Tuesday evening at a fantastic local pub in Clitheroe.

Due to the pub now bringing food service in-house, our Tuesday evening slot has become available, and we’re now looking for a new venue to call home each week!

We’re seeking a pub, brewery, social club, sports club, farm shop, business park, or community venue within the Ribble Valley and surrounding areas that would like to offer quality food to their customers without the hassle of running a kitchen.

🇮🇹 From St Augustine’s to Amico Mio: Welcoming Our Work Experience Students! 🍕
We have a very special full-circle moment happening at the restaurant over the next few weeks!
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome two local year 10 students from St Augustine’s RC High School for their official work experience placements. As a past pupil of St Augustine's myself, it is an absolute privilege to welcome the next generation back into our kitchen and front-of-house team.
Please give a big round of applause to:
Romie – You will already know Romie, as she is already a fantastic part of our family here, working with us 3 days a week. We are so excited to have her on board full-time for her placement!
Giuseppe – A local Italian lad who is joining us to learn the ropes of a busy, authentic Italian kitchen and business.
Romie and Giuseppe are classmates, and we are incredibly proud to support them as they take their first official steps into the working world.
