It's with great sadness that we have been told of the passing of Mary Scammell
Mary lived in the flat on the opposite corner to the Alex. Well know for her humour and feisty welsh personality, a wonderful friend.
Her pickled onions at Christmas, her love of bingo and even failing sight did not stop her.
98 years young.
A pleasure to have known you Mary. Sweet dreams.
