For all our lovely Gluten free customers out there..

Dorset council did a random spot check a few weeks ago and bought themselves gluten free cod and chips. At the same time they saw our working methods and took the cod and chips away to be pulled apart and analysed.
We pleased to say no gluten was found and we passed with flying colours..
