Tommy is a key part of our team, making sure every order is packed up and dispatched on time. With a real knack for keeping things organised, he helps ensure our customers and partners receive their Dorset Sea Salt quickly and efficiently.

Ash is on the factory floor every day, working hard to make sure we hit our production targets and keep everything running smoothly. His focus, consistency and work ethic play a big part in making sure our customers get the product they expect, on time and to the highest standard.

Alongside his hard work, Ash is always kind and happy to help anyone. He brings a calm, positive attitude to the team and is someone people can rely on, whether that’s getting the job done or supporting those around him.

Meet Danny, our Production Manager and a huge part of the Dorset Sea Salt journey.

He’s been with us for nearly 5 years now, which might not sound like forever to some… but that’s actually over half of our story so far.

From the early days of the business to where we are now, Danny has played a big role in helping us grow.

As an incredibly hardworking member of the team, Danny is one of the people behind the scenes making sure everything runs as it should, day in and day out. His care, consistency and commitment are a massive part of what keeps Dorset Sea Salt moving forward. While you might not always see him, Dorset Sea Salt wouldn’t be what it is today without people like Danny.

We’re proud to have a team full of good people who care about what they do, and over the next few weeks, we’re excited to introduce you to more of them. 🤍
