While you’ve been enjoying the sunshine, our amazing team have been working incredibly hard behind the scenes — prepping, cooking, serving, keeping those orders going out, and your bellies full, in some seriously challenging temperatures. ❤️

It’s not easy working in these temperatures, but they continue to show up and give their all to make sure your fish and chips are freshly cooked and served with a smile.

And of course, a massive THANK YOU-to you, our customers for your continued support, patience and for choosing Bennetts time after time.

📢 Important Update About Our Poundbury ChipVan

After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision that our ChipVan will no longer be attending Poundbury.

This is due to a combination of declining trade and limited staff availability (we have lost 2 of our mobile team drivers) the Poundbury location is no longer generating a profit which make it no longer viable for us to continue.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our customers who have supported us during our time in Poundbury. To our regulars who visited week after week, shared a chat, and supported us.
We would like to extend a special thank you to Charlotte and Johnathan from Boos Toy Shop for inviting us to trade in Crown Square.

While we are sad to say goodbye and disappointed this hasn't worked out, we hope that we may be able to revisit sometime in the future.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, reliable people with good customer service skills who like working in a fast paced environment. The ability to engage with our customers and provide excellent customer service is a must
