We’ve got our claws on more lobsters for our £30 Lobster Feast this Wednesday, 19th November from 5PM. Don’t miss out, this is going to be an evening to remember, & today is your last chance to book!

These sweet lobsters will be cooked simply, just as they should be - oven roasted with garlic butter, served with salad & unlimited chips.

The Rockfish story

Rockfish opened in Dartmouth in 2010 and we opened our first restaurant in Dorset, in Weymouth in August 2019. We agreed that seafood tastes best by the sea, and that the fish caught in the waters off the south coast of Britain is the best in the world. Yet at that time, if you drove to any of the south coast fishing ports, it was hard to find a family restaurant doing justice to this great seafood. We wanted to change that, to make it easy for people to enjoy this simple pleasure. Since that first restaurant in Dartmouth, we have opened a few more restaurants in seaside towns where fishing is part of daily life. The thinking remains the same: buy the best seafood and cook it simply and expertly.

Rockfish restaurants are located by the sea and waterside and specialise in serving fresh local & sustainable seafood. Our fish is caught by The Rockfish fishing boat which is based in Brixham and fishes all the way along England’s Seafood Coast up to Dorset. We supplement our own catch with fish we select at market each morning to offer you a generous variety of the freshest local seafood. It is prepared on the harbourside in our fish room by our skilled fishmongers and delivered by lunchtime to each of our restaurants.

There is something for everyone at Rockfish and we believe that people want to eat more seafood, it's healthy, delicious and there is no better experience than eating fish overlooking the water from which it was caught.
