What an evening to remember! 🎉
It was a huge honour for us to be chosen as the corporate caterer for the 50th anniversary celebration of Ron Hull Group.

Hosted in a beautiful marquee, the evening brought together invited guests to celebrate the incredible journey of this Yorkshire based company and everything they have achieved over the past 50 years.

As a corporate caterer, we love working with businesses to bring their vision to life, creating food and experiences that reflect the company, the occasion and the people they are celebrating with. This event was a perfect example of that.

We wanted to add a little fun to the evening too, so rather than serving our canapés in the traditional way, we delivered them in Ron Hull branded trucks! 🚚

It certainly became a talking point and was a great way to bring the Ron Hull brand into the evening from the very start.

The menu was made up of some of our firm favourites:

Canapés
• Mini pies, chicken & beef
• Yorkshire bangers with honey and mustard
• Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef
• Italian bruschetta

Starters
Classic Taste Prawn Cocktail
Plump cocktail prawns, horseradish Marie Rose, smoked paprika and sea salt croûte.

Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup
Slow roasted vine tomato soup finished with fresh basil oil, served with warm artisan bread.

Main Courses
Fillet of Beef
Prime fillet of beef, served with golden hand-cut chunky chips and a crisp seasonal house salad.

Wild Mushroom & Truffle Wellington
Crisp vegan puff pastry filled with wild mushrooms, chestnuts and black truffle, served with fondant potato, seasonal vegetables and a rich red w**e jus.

Desserts
Traditional Warm Chocolate Pudding
Rich warm chocolate sponge served with silky custard

Yorkshire Cheese Selection
Three carefully selected Yorkshire cheeses, served with artisan oatcakes, fruit chutney, grapes, celery and dried fruits.

Great to be back at East Riddlesden Hall celebrating the wedding of Katie & James.

Guests enjoyed canapés on the lawn, followed by a relaxed BBQ sharing menu and one of our firm favourites — Eton Mess for dessert.

Feedback like this genuinely means so much to our entire team. We put so much care into every wedding we cater, from the food and service to making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, so hearing that our hard work helped make your day even more special is incredibly rewarding.

Anastasia’s kind words really made us smile, particularly her comments about the catering being “exceptional from beginning to end” and the food being “genuinely delicious”.

She also highlighted how our team managed to keep everything “running perfectly” while serving a huge number of guests and working around speeches of varying lengths, while ensuring the service remained “efficient and professional, but without ever feeling rushed or impersonal”.

What a fabulous bank holiday weekend it’s been, celebrating another wonderful collection of wedding couples at some beautiful venues! 🥂🍾

A huge congratulations to Julie & Graham, who celebrated their special day at The Priory this weekend🤍✨

We were delighted to be part of their celebrations, serving up a delicious menu chosen especially for their wedding day. Guests enjoyed a selection of delicious canapés to begin, followed by a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings, a firm favourite and the perfect choice for their special day.

To finish, our indulgent sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, the perfect sweet ending to a truly fabulous day!

Congratulations again, Julie & Graham. It was an absolute pleasure to cater for your special day, and we hope you have the most wonderful future together. ♥️

Last week saw the celebration of the beautiful wedding of Anya & Akhtar at the stunning Allerton Castle ♥️✨

We absolutely loved creating their menu, bringing together delicious flavours and a wonderful selection of dishes for their very special day.

Canapés:
Spiced lamb kofta with mint yoghurt and coriander with green chillis
Mini Beef Burger, BBQ sauce & Jack Cheese
Battered haddock with chips with tartare sauce
Sweet potato falafel

Starter:
Chicken, Date & Apricot Pressing
Smoked and pot roasted chicken, dates & apricots onion bhaji, coriander couli & mango puree
Paneer, spiced Yorkshire beetroot, coriander chutney (Vegetarian)
Lightly grilled paneer - Roasted or pickled Yorkshire beetroot, Coriander and mint chutney - Toasted seeds, Micro herbs

Main Course:
Griddled chicken supreme with tandoori notes
Sautéed potatoes, buttered spinach and shallots, light tarragon and cardamom cream sauce
Slow-cooked Beef Daube
Dauphinoise Potatoes, Cavelo Nero, Roasted Chantenay Carrots & Seasonal Greens, Rich Beef Gravy
Oven-baked salmon with cumin and lime
Crushed new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, garden pea, leek and mint cream with toasted cumin

It’s always a privilege to be chosen as a couple’s preferred wedding caterer, and we’re incredibly grateful to all the brides and grooms who trust us to be part of such an important day.

Another fabulous house party catered by us this weekend, this time celebrating a very special 85th birthday. 🎉

It was a glorious day filled with all the firm favourites, from delicious canapés to start, followed by a beautiful buffet and, of course, those irresistible desserts you simply can’t say no to!

A wonderful celebration surrounded by family, friends, great food and lots of happy memories. ❤️
