What a fabulous bank holiday weekend it’s been, celebrating another wonderful collection of wedding couples at some beautiful venues! 🥂🍾

A huge congratulations to Julie & Graham, who celebrated their special day at The Priory this weekend🤍✨

We were delighted to be part of their celebrations, serving up a delicious menu chosen especially for their wedding day. Guests enjoyed a selection of delicious canapés to begin, followed by a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings, a firm favourite and the perfect choice for their special day.

To finish, our indulgent sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, the perfect sweet ending to a truly fabulous day!

Congratulations again, Julie & Graham. It was an absolute pleasure to cater for your special day, and we hope you have the most wonderful future together. ♥️

Last week saw the celebration of the beautiful wedding of Anya & Akhtar at the stunning Allerton Castle ♥️✨

We absolutely loved creating their menu, bringing together delicious flavours and a wonderful selection of dishes for their very special day.

Canapés:
Spiced lamb kofta with mint yoghurt and coriander with green chillis
Mini Beef Burger, BBQ sauce & Jack Cheese
Battered haddock with chips with tartare sauce
Sweet potato falafel

Starter:
Chicken, Date & Apricot Pressing
Smoked and pot roasted chicken, dates & apricots onion bhaji, coriander couli & mango puree
Paneer, spiced Yorkshire beetroot, coriander chutney (Vegetarian)
Lightly grilled paneer - Roasted or pickled Yorkshire beetroot, Coriander and mint chutney - Toasted seeds, Micro herbs

Main Course:
Griddled chicken supreme with tandoori notes
Sautéed potatoes, buttered spinach and shallots, light tarragon and cardamom cream sauce
Slow-cooked Beef Daube
Dauphinoise Potatoes, Cavelo Nero, Roasted Chantenay Carrots & Seasonal Greens, Rich Beef Gravy
Oven-baked salmon with cumin and lime
Crushed new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, garden pea, leek and mint cream with toasted cumin

A beautiful day yesterday celebrating the wedding of Leah and Callum at Priory Cottages & Wedding Venue. 🤍

It’s always a privilege to be chosen as a couple’s preferred wedding caterer, and we’re incredibly grateful to all the brides and grooms who trust us to be part of such an important day.

Hosted this week at the beautiful Priory Cottages & Wedding Venue guests were then treated to a delicious roast with all the trimmings, followed by a firm favourite — Eton Mess. 🍓

Another fabulous house party catered by us this weekend, this time celebrating a very special 85th birthday. 🎉

It was a glorious day filled with all the firm favourites, from delicious canapés to start, followed by a beautiful buffet and, of course, those irresistible desserts you simply can’t say no to!

A wonderful celebration surrounded by family, friends, great food and lots of happy memories. ❤️

It’s the little extras that make your wedding day… ✨

Your wedding food should be something your guests remember, right through to the very last moment. 🤍

After our beautiful canapés and finest wedding breakfast, our grazing tables are the perfect way to keep guests enjoying delicious food as the celebrations continue.

Yesterday, we created this gorgeous grazing table for 50 guests at the beautiful Priory Wedding Venue, filled with cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, breads, crackers, dips, olives and delicious savoury bites, plenty for everyone to enjoy and share.

Because there’s always room for an extra bite or two. 🤍✨

☀️ We were delighted to host a beautiful garden party this weekend for one of our lovely clients.

Thirty guests enjoyed a delicious selection of dishes, all served outside in the glorious sunshine, the perfect setting for catching up, celebrating and making the most of the fantastic weather.

It was a pleasure to be part of such a wonderful occasion, and we’re so pleased everyone had a great time.
