PJ's Ice Cream Parlour

27/09/2026

Thank you again to everyone for coming along to see us this season!❤️ We really do appreciate everyone who chooses to come to us, especially when times are financially difficult for so many.

We will now be closed during weekdays until the end of our season. If we get a run of nice weather we may open - our google hours will be changed to reflect this. 🌞 We will be open on Saturdays and Sundays until the 18th October, which will be our last day!

We can't wait to welcome you all back in 2027 - next year marks 20 years of PJ's, and we're hoping that you will all come and celebrate with us! 🥳
We've a few fun themed weekends planned throughout the season, so keep an eye out.

*End of Summer update*

Year 6 vouchers - we've made the decision to extend the use by date of these until 18th October. A couple of schools gave them out later than others, and we've had a few messages saying that they haven't had chance to use them yet. We don't want anyone missing out wherever possible, so please do bring them in, and we will honour them 🙂

As we're nearing the end of the season, our opening hours will be reduced, so if you're making the trip, please do check Google for our accurate opening times, as they will be up to date.

Thank you everyone thats had the chance to come and see us this season, it's been our pleasure to see so many of you! We hope we get to see you all again before the end of 2026 🍦🍦

Now we belive the majority of the year 6 vouchers have been handed out to participating schools (or are due to be at the end of term), we wanted to share the letter that we enclosed with them, as a reference for any parents who may not have seen it. Remember, you have until the end of summer to use them! No other purchase required 🙂

Due to an admin error (Lee not paying attention 👀), we've accidentally ordered 20oz milkshake cups instead of our usual 16oz. We'll be doing all milkshakes in the larger size, while stocks last, at no extra charge. Hope you're all enjoying this fabulous weather, and can find the time to join us this summer 🍦🥤

As the food standard agency is circulating slush warnings, we'd like to let you know that our slush does not contain glycerol.
Probably explains why ours takes ages to freeze 😂

It's hot 🌡️ If you're planning on cooling down with a slush drink, there are a few things parents should know.

Some slush drinks contain glycerol (E422), which helps create that icy texture. Younger children can be more sensitive to it, so:

⚠️ Under 7s should avoid slush drinks containing glycerol
🥤 Children aged 7–10 should have no more than one 350ml drink a day.

If you're not sure whether a slush contains glycerol, ask the seller or check the label – and if you can't find out, it's best to choose something else.

Hi everyone! Thank you to all everyone who's visited us over half term - bank holiday Monday was our busiest day ever (and in almost 20 years that's saying something 😊) - we're so glad we got to see so many of you 😀. Thank you to our amazing staff, who braved those temperatures without complaint.

We'll be closed on Monday this week coming - our young daughters have an inset day, and we're going to take advantage of the cooler weather forecast to spend a bit of time together before summer truly arrives 🌞🌞.

We'll be back open as normal from Tuesday.

Enjoy the final two days of half term 🍦
