Apple crumble and custard bun:
Oat vanilla custard, spiced apple compote, oat crumble.
Raspberry and passion fruit cruffin:
Homemade raspberry jam, passion fruit marshmallow.
Milk Chocolate macademia praline bun:
Chocolate fudge sponge, Macadamia praline, milk chocolate mousse.
Strawberry and cream cruffin:
Vanilla creme patissiere, strawberry gel, white chocolate chantilly.
Lemon meringue cruffin:
Lemon curd, burnt swiss meringue.
Tiramisu bun:
Coffee soaked savoiardi biscuits, mascarpone chantilly

Ham & Cheddar pain suisse,
Spinach, ricotta, courgette, sundried cherry tomato, butterbean hummus bun.

We will have both these flavours available on the markets.

Pistachio & cherry cruffin:
Filled with pistachio cremeux, morello cherry jam, topped with cherry white chocolate ganache, chopped pistachioes, and fresh cherry.

Carrot cake & apricot filled croissant bun:
Filled with apricot puree, carott cake, vanilla cream cheese chantilly, topped with fresh apricot and toasted chopped pecan nut.
