Calling all beginners who hate the idea of a typical gym environment - this one is for you!

Introducing TF’s first ‘BEGINNERS CLUB’

We have created a specific 4 week program that’s really beginner friendly, in hopes to help 12 women fall in love with fitness & movement. We are passionate and experienced at helping women start their fitness, strength and aesthetic journey from the ground up.

✔️No experience needed - absolute beginners welcome.
✔️ Learn the core principles, foundations to lifting, techniques and key body engagements.
✔️ Explore different training systems that we use here at the studio within class and SGT’s.
✔️ A friendly, experienced and welcoming coach to help support you in this journey.
✔️ Small, supportive group of women who all want the same outcome - To move and to become healthier!

📆 (4 week course) starts Tuesday 21st July @ 6:30pm.
