Who doesn’t love a themed cupcake!!!!

So when I was asked to create Mr Carl Cupcake from Friday night at Freddie’s I was super excited to create this super fantastic character because not only was it going to be really fun but it was also a surprise for a very special boy celebrating his 10th birthday 🎈

I decided to incorporate Mr Cupcake with 12 different expressions I was very in the moment and enjoying myself 😂 and I was delighted with the effect and so was the super duper birthday boy who received them! 🤪

Huge congratulations 🥂 to our lovely bride & groom Claire & Dave who recently married on the pier and opted for a two tier sand castle / beach theme wedding cake 🏖️

it was an absolute pleasure to make & create and it was certainly the biggest sandcastle I have ever made!
it was truly special & made with lots of rich & rustic love 💕

The bottom 10” cake was made with decadent milk chocolate ganache sandwiched between two layers of thick milk chocolate sponges the top 8” layer was a French vanilla buttercream with home made strawberry compote layered between two genoise vanilla sponges, coated in edible biscuit sand, topped with cute custom mini beach deck chairs and beach treasures! 🏖️ 💍 💕
