Next comes the best bit... making a mountain of buttery caramel before absolutely smothering every single one and piling on far more toppings than any sensible person would recommend. Sensible has never really been my thing anyway. 😂

I'm now halfway through chopping them into the gloriously chunky wedges you've all come to expect. None of this wafer-thin nonsense around here!

The mocha ganache is currently setting, and let's just say... I wasn't shy with the coffee today! These are definitely for my fellow caffeine enthusiasts. ☕❤️
