What if you stopped trying to make the “perfect” painting… and just let it out?

I’ve created this workshop for anyone whose mind sometimes feels too loud, too busy, too much.

Abstract art gives you permission to make a mess.
To move colour around.

To paint without knowing where you’re going.
To get something OUT of your head and onto the canvas.

And you don’t need to be “good at art”. Honestly, that’s the whole point.

I’ll guide you through colour, composition, painting techniques and honest art — but there’s no pressure to produce something Instagram-worthy.
Just switching off, getting creative and giving your brain some breathing space. 🖌️
