Join us for another relaxed evening of painting, pizza and good company by the water, led by local artist Keith. No experience needed - just come along and enjoy.

From Mersea Island to… 5,000m up the Himalayas ⛵️🏔️

This September, Jamie is swapping Waterfront Pizza for Nepal, where he and three friends - Ben, Ed and Joe - will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the highest-altitude sail, taking a boat to more than 5,000 metres above sea level.

Because obviously running a pizza restaurant wasn't keeping him busy enough 😂🍕

The team are raising money to help rebuild a school for 270 children in a remote area of Nepal, working alongside . They've also secured £50,000 of matched funding from The Clarkson Foundation, meaning the money they raise can go even further.

Jamie and the team are covering the expedition costs themselves, so 100% of public donations will go towards the project in Nepal.

We're incredibly proud of him (while also questioning his decision-making), and we'd love our Waterfront community to get behind the four of them.

We’d love to hear from local artists, creatives, businesses and anyone with an idea for an event they'd like to bring to Waterfront Pizza.

We’ve loved hosting our Watercolour Evenings, and we’d like to open the doors to even more events like them - from workshops and classes to creative evenings and everything in between.

You bring the event, we’ll provide the setting and lay on the food 🍕🌊

West Mersea Town Regatta is tomorrow, which means the waterfront will be buzzing and we’re expecting a busy one 🍕🚣‍♀️

To help keep things moving, we’ll be offering **takeaway only** for the day - perfect for grabbing a pizza and heading off to enjoy the atmosphere.

Please bear with us if things take a little longer than usual; we’ll be working hard to keep the pizzas coming and really appreciate your patience 🙏

It's been a little while since we've had some new dishes to shout about, but we've got three new additions ready for you to try...

🍕 La Dolce Capra - goat's cheese, fig jam, courgette, rocket, Fior di Latte mozzarella & fresh basil. Sweet, savoury and seriously good.

🇮🇹 Parmigiana di Melanzane - layers of aubergine, rich tomato sauce, cheese & herbs, baked until golden and served with fresh artisan bread.

🌶️ Chilli Garlic Bread - freshly baked garlic bread with melted cheese and fresh chilli for a little extra kick.
