And just like that, this chapter comes to a close.

Last night we served our final guests at Chef’s Table—our little 12-seat restaurant that’s meant more to me than I can put into words.

My vision for Chef’s Table was always simple:
To create an experience-led restaurant where guests could celebrate milestones, connect over good food, and feel completely at ease. A space that felt more like being welcomed into someone’s home than dining out—a place where the service was personal, the food was honest, and the atmosphere was always relaxed. & with the help of my amazing team, we achieved this and so much more.

To every single guest who walked through our doors over the last 3 years: thank you. Thank you for taking a chance on something small. For trusting us with your celebrations, your special occasions, your Friday nights. You helped us turn this tiny space into something truly magical.

To my team—past and present—thank you for showing up, for caring, for grafting through every service, and for being part of something that I’ll carry with me forever. You made this more than just a restaurant. You made it family.

While this chapter is closing, the story is far from over.
We’ve got two new openings happening locally this year—and we can’t wait to share them with you.

First up, we’re reopening our current site on Saturday 30th August with a bold new concept that flips the script. A whole new energy, new vibe, and new experience.

We’re making a change we know you’ll love — our menus will now evolve seasonally rather than monthly. Why? Because we want to give you more time to experience each one without the fear of missing out.

With a longer window to book in, enjoy, and return if you wish, every guest gets the chance to truly savour what each season has to offer.

We’re kicking things off with our Spring Tasting Menu — and the team are super excited about it. Expect vibrant flavours and peak-season produce, like locally foraged wild garlic, Wye Valley asparagus, and Lake District lamb.
