The Ultimate 5-Minute Antipasti Dip....

Looking for the easiest, most delicious dish for your next get-together? This marinated cheese and salami bowl comes together in minutes and is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

- 160ml extra virgin olive oil

- 60ml balsamic vinegar

- 100g sliced olives of your choice (drained)

- 100g jar of grilled peppers (drained)

- 100g cheddar cheese and 100g mozzarella block

- 100g cubed salami or chorizo (or half and half)

- 1 garlic clove, finely grated

- 1 tsp dried Italian mixed herbs

Method:

1️⃣ Chop your salami, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese into chunky, similar-sized cubes.

2️⃣ Grab a serving bowl or platter. Pour in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and mixed herbs. Give it a good stir to combine the dressing.

3️⃣ Tip the cubed salami and cheeses into the bowl and toss well until everything is beautifully coated in that garlicky balsamic dressing.

4️⃣ Serve straight away or pop in the fridge covered in clingfilm before serving when you are ready with slices of crusty fresh baguette or crackers. Enjoy!
