This new dish was a popular choice for brunch on Sunday. 2 potato rostis topped with dill and chive soured cream, lots of long cut smoked salmon (long cut means it’s cut all the way down the side, none of that horrid brown stringy bit you get with the cheaper d cut) pickled pink onions and dill pickled cucumber.
Brunch is back this Sunday, so book on www.missinglinkbrewing.com as it really helps me to order and prepare. We ended up doing double the bookings this week lots booked on the day which means I don’t get a chance to prep or order in enough! I try me best!

And we’ve done! Just spent all evening booking people in and sending out deposit links. Everyone who emailed has at least one of their requests. If you didn’t email Missing Link Brewing we won’t have your request.
The last December dates will go out on the news letter next week.
Please pay the deposits to secure your bookings!
I’m not home until tomorrow but there will be cakes and bakes on the cake counter on Saturday.

ROAST CLUB!!!!!

All emails to the taproom room have been collated and Jeremy will be doing v]bookings and sending out deposit links late this afternoon. I’ve have well over 100 WhatsApp’s and messages and then 60 or so emails for dates. I have send details to all messages and WhatsApp’s but not replied to emails as that reply will come in the form of a deposit link and booking confirmation late afternoon/early evening today.

I have responded to those messages that came in over night but I will not be responding to any more today or taking any more bookings. I’m going out for the day with my sister as it’s my week away!

Thank you so much to everyone who has shown interest in the Roast Clubs, you are all amazing and I am endlessly grateful you all want to eat my roasts so much. It makes me very happy to feed people so I’m very excited to get roasting!
I have responded (I think) with details to everyone who has messaged, whatsapped or emailed, I have collated all the email requests for dates and Jeremy is going to book in everyone and send the links tomorrow. I am pretty sure that everyone who has emailed so far has a space, now the 18th oct, 15th nov and 20th dec have a few spaces but the 6th and 13th dec have quite a few tables left. Thanks again all and I will see you for roasts!
