Role overview:
As a kitchen assistant you will support the kitchen team with food preparation, service, cleaning, and day-to-day kitchen tasks.
You will help maintain a safe, organised workspace while developing your skills alongside experienced colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist with basic cooking tasks according to kitchen instructions.
Support the team during food preparation and service.
Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organised.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
Receive, store, and rotate ingredients carefully where required.
Work positively with colleagues and ask questions when guidance is needed.
