Yes yes… we’re still on pizza.

Next time you’re at Lucarelli West Bromwich, try this: order your own main course… and get a pizza for the middle of the table too.
Everyone gets a slice.

The crust debate 🍕
Be honest… do you eat the crust or leave it behind? 👀
At Lucarelli West Bromwich, we’re definitely saying eat it.
When pizza dough has been given the time it needs to rise properly, you get that lovely light, airy crust with little pockets inside and a soft, chewy centre.
Basically, the crust is part of the good bit — not the bit you abandon on the plate.
So if yours looks this good from the side… we’re judging you a tiny bit if you leave it 😏🍕
