Absolute honour to welcome Amanda and to Hemisphere tonight.
It was great reminiscing with Amanda about all the times we worked together. I’m not going to tell you which decade that was… 😂

One thing I’ll always remember is how Amanda was there for me when I was a young apprentice chef. She always had my back, and that’s something I’ve never forgotten.

It was an absolute pleasure to cook for you both this evening. Thank you for joining us, and I hope we get to welcome you back again soon.
