🐾 A little reminder for all our four-legged friends and their humans ❤️

We absolutely LOVE having dogs visit us at The Old Smythie, and we’d hate for a recent incident to mean we have to change our dog-friendly policy.

We’re getting exceptionally busy at the moment, which means there can be lots of people, children and other dogs in the restaurant at the same time.

So, if your dog is nervous, reactive, doesn’t particularly enjoy being around other dogs or lots of people, or simply isn’t comfortable in a busy restaurant environment, please leave them at home for now 🐶

We completely understand that every dog is different, and we’d much rather they’re happy and comfortable than put in a situation that could be stressful for them.

We want to remain a dog-friendly restaurant - we just need everyone to help us keep it safe, happy and enjoyable for both our two-legged and four-legged guests ❤️
