So our amazing Head Chef Dan created his own sharing “Tarte Tatin” this weekend, which is a tart in which apples are caramelised in butter and sugar before the tart is baked.
Named after the Tatin sisters who invented it and served it in their hotel as a signature dessert, it originated in France and has become a world-wide dessert!
