Keeping cool this week!

With the hot weather ahead, from tomorrow we’ll be closing the kitchen from midday until Thursday to help look after our chefs and keep everyone comfortable.
We’ll still be serving a selection of freshly made locally sourced salads, quiches, sandwiches, homemade sourdough rolls and focaccia open sandwiches. We will still be closing at our usual time of 5 pm 🥪

We’re Hiring! Summer Kitchen Assistant

As we head into a busy summer season, we’re looking to extend our kitchen team with an additional Kitchen Assistantposition

This is a supportive role working alongside our chefs and helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. Duties may include:
• Food preparation
• Assisting with baking and kitchen production
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen standards
• Organising deliveries and stock
• Washing up and general kitchen support

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, and a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable (although this can be completed during your time with us)

Seasonal position May til September
