From the birthplace of coffee comes one of our favourite single origins. 🇪🇹

Our Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo is grown high in the Sidama region by a co-operative of dedicated farmers, where rich soils, cool temperatures and plentiful rainfall create the perfect conditions for exceptional coffee.

Light-medium roasted to preserve its delicate character, this coffee offers a beautifully balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, sweet berries and subtle floral citrus. Bright, elegant and unmistakably Ethiopian.

Available online and in our coffee shop at 25 Sadler Street, Wells.

This month we’re featuring Crema, a beautifully balanced blend of Fairtrade coffees from Colombia and Brazil.

Grown between 1,000–2,000m in the Tolima region of Colombia and Minas Gerais in Brazil, these high-altitude arabica beans develop a richer, denser flavour. The result is a smooth, medium roast with a full body and a gentle touch of acidity.

Luxury Espresso — a carefully crafted blend of beans from Honduras, Brazil, Ethiopia & Indonesia.

Copan (Honduras)
Sidama (Ethiopia)

Sumatra (Indonesia)

Each origin is individually hand-roasted and thoughtfully combined to create a beautifully balanced, full-bodied espresso.

🔥 Roast Level: Medium–Dark

Dark Chocolate • Warm Spice • Red Berries • Malt

With a caramel base, smooth buttery finish, and a fragrant floral lift from Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo, this blend delivers depth, complexity, and a deliciously memorable cup every time.
