To all of our wonderful customers,
I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for your continued support.
Over the past few weeks, Niche has been through a period of unexpected change. Our head chef and business partner made a sudden departure, leaving me uncertain about what the future would look like. It has been one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced, both personally and professionally.
What has carried me through has been you.
The kindness, encouragement and loyalty you’ve shown has been overwhelming. So many of you have continued to visit, recommend us to others, send supportive messages, and even stop for a chat. Many customers have become genuine friends, and that is something I will never take for granted.
We’re still finding our feet and settling into a new normal. Some days are undoubtedly harder than others, but every day brings new opportunities, and thanks to your incredible support, we’re moving forward with confidence. Seeing familiar faces walk through the door each day reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in Niche, for standing by us, and for helping us through this transition. Your support has meant more than words can express.
