Our kitchen team have outdone themselves again with the Truffle Poached Chicken Supreme. By combining the earthy luxury of truffle poaching with the brightness of new season vegetables, they have created a dish that celebrates both decadence and freshness.
The dish is brought together by a flawlessly smooth classic velouté sauce and a textured Perigord crumb that adds a beautiful, sophisticated crunch.
