You may be wondering what we’ve been up to during the time we’ve been closed… whilst some of us were enjoying a few extra days off and laying in bed a little longer the rest of the staff were cosplaying Cinderella (and the ugly step sisters🤣)

Nothing particularly glamorous, just a deep clean, a LOT of elbow grease and a few conversations with a mop… on the bright side the shop is looking lovely and we are looking forward to welcoming you all back in until 4PM TODAY🫶🏼 Back to normal hours tomorrow💙

🌱🥔 A great day at the Isle of Ely!

Marcus and Harry were out and about on Sunday at the Isle of Ely Produce / Chippy Chat Magazine Open Day, getting a fascinating insight into the world of potatoes and the journey from field to chip shop. 🥔🚜

It was brilliant to see first-hand how the crops are grown, learn more about the latest developments in the industry, and meet up with a fantastic mix of growers, suppliers, fellow fish & chip businesses and friends. 🤝

It’s always great to learn more about where our potatoes come from — because great chips start in the field! Thank you for yet another fantastic event 🥔➡️🍟

Our team had an absolute blast at Bongo’s Bingo for our end-of-summer party! 🪩💃

There was dancing, bingo, questionable dancing… and even a winner in the team! 🏆😂

There were also a few slightly sore heads the next morning… 👀🍹 But don’t worry — we’ve all recovered and are back in business! 😂
