This weeks been insanely busy, and we wanted to take a second to thank you, lots of new faces… lots of returning ones.

We’ve been here 5 years now, throwing down food we love to cook, you seem to love to eat…. And we’re not slowing down now.

As we transition outside of the summer months it’s a moment for us to appreciate how amazing this years been.

This weekend, we’re bringing the fire to Cheshire. ⚡️
We’re teaming up with Leviathan Pits & Keith Moon for the debut MEAT UP Festival at Ashley Showground (1–2 August) with an exclusive live-fire menu built for the smoke.

🔥 Pit-Smoked Pork Collar Taco (£5)
Cheese-crusted taco, beef-fat & ancho chilli mayo, pickled onions.

🌶️ Keith Moon’s Red Leicester & Jalapeño Sausage (£11)
Pork & beef blend, burnt-lime chimichurri, Texas mustard BBQ.

🥜 The Miso Peanut Crunch Pork Rib (£14)
Thick-cut belly rib, miso glaze, furikake & toasted peanut crunch.

🥩 The Leviathan Platter (£45 | Serves 3–4)
1kg flat iron steak, ember-grilled scallops, fire-roasted marrow bones, smoked-garlic butter & beef demi-glace, house pickles, brioche.
