We're delighted to have Granny's Café as one of our sponsors for Picnic in the Park 2026.

Several members of the Picnic team met up at the café this morning for a fantastic breakfast and even managed to persuade Gavin to leave the kitchen long enough for a photo! 😂 In Gavin's own words:

🌼 It's Nearly Here! 🌼

Tomorrow, Croft Way Playing Field and the Village Hall will come alive for Weedon's Village Fete.

There's so much to see and do, both on the field and inside the Village Hall, from entertainment, games, classic vehicles and community stalls to cream teas, local history, art, crafts and much more.

Whether you're planning to spend an hour or the whole afternoon, why not bring a picnic blanket or camping chair and enjoy everything the fete has to offer?

The Parish Council is pleased to have supported this community event with a grant and wishes everyone involved a wonderful afternoon.

Good afternoon everyone hope your all enjoying the heat 🤣 🥵

We’ve decided to close at 1 today as it had quietened off after breakfast

We will probably be doing the same throughout the week on the really hot days. Unless we have bookings in after 1 then we shall be open 7-1pm
