BURNING SKY TAP TAKEOVER
Join us from opening on Friday, 11th September as we host Burning Sky Brewery for a massive tap takeover running all weekend!
We’ve proudly stocked Burning Sky since day one of opening the micropub, and they are undeniably one of our absolute favourites. To celebrate, we are pouring an incredible lineup of four casks, four kegs, and two special 750ml bottles.
⚽ HEADS UP: There is a Watford home game on Saturday, 12th September! Make sure you get down here on Friday if you want your pick of all the fresh Burning Sky beers before the football crowd drinks it all.
Here is what’s pouring:
CASK
Plateau: Pale gold with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. A big mix of US & NZ hops makes this zesty, refreshing, and incredibly sessionable.
NZPA: A Maris Otter and wheat malt base hopped with Magnum and a slew of NZ hops. Dry-hopped for a crisp, dry, hoppy finish.
What Gives: Extra Pale malt with a snappy body. Stridently bitter with pronounced pine, citrus, and grassy notes from a generous use of Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, and Columbus.
Aurora: A premium strength pale ale with a juicy amber backbone. An expansive blend of US hops gives a resinous mouthfeel with big, well-balanced citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
KEG
Lupolleto Pilsner: Brewed with noble German hops, dry-hopped, and cold-lagered. Crisp finish with flavours of cereal malt, citrus, and grassy hop aromas.
Three Arms (Gluten-Free): An easy-drinking Extra Pale. Crisp with fruit-forward notes of gooseberry, lychee, and citrus, finishing with lingering pine.
Petite Framboise - Cerise: A special edition of their classic barrel-aged Petite. Rested on fresh raspberries and cherries for a light, refreshing, and slightly tart fruit beer.
Robust Porter: Brewed with the finest Maris Otter barley, a complex range of roast and crystal malts, and spicy Sussex-grown Target hops.
750ml BOTTLE POURS (6 of each)
Anniversaire 2026: A celebration of mixed fermentation. Lightly spiced and aged in French Chardonnay barriques with wild yeast strains.
Anniversaire Blackberry: Barrel-aged for 11 months, plus a further two months on whole blackberries for a nuanced, unctuous iteration of the beloved Anniversaire.
See you down the pub!
