🍰 We’re Hiring – Kitchen Assistant Love working with food and being part of a friendly, organised team? Our production kitchen is looking for a reliable, hands on Kitchen Assistant to help us create the soups, traybakes, gelato and cakes our cafés are known for. 35 hour contract, £14 per hour, 5 days (Mon-Fri).

What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and portioning products following our recipes
• Labelling, storing and rotating stock
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised
• Supporting batch cooking, baking, cooling and freezing
• Working closely with the Kitchen Manager and wider café teams

What we’re looking for:
• Great attention to detail
• A positive, reliable team player
• Someone who enjoys a fast paced, organised environment
• Basic food hygiene understanding (training provided)

☕ WE’RE HIRING! | Catering & Barista Assistant 🌿

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Catering & Barista Assistant to join the team at Grounds Cafés! 💛

📍 Shared role across Abbey Gardens & West Stow Country Park
📅 3–4 days per week
⏰ 21–30 hours per week
🔄 Shifts will be split between both sites each week

You’ll need to be able to reliably commute to both Abbey Gardens and West Stow Country Park, as this is an important part of the role.

☕ Hospitality or barista experience is preferred but not essential - we’re looking for someone friendly, hardworking and keen to learn.

Applicants must be aged 16+.
