WE’RE HIRING – JOIN THE PAVILION TEAM ☕🍳
Things are busy (which is exactly how we like it), so we’re growing the team at The Pavilion.
We’re looking for:
• Part-Time Barista (2 days per week & holiday cover)
• 2 x Part-Time Chefs (2 days per week, with extra hours available for holiday/sickness cover)

BARISTA ROLE
You’ll be front of house, making great coffee and looking after our customers properly.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous barista experience
• Can handle a fast-paced, busy service
• Is genuinely friendly and confident with customers
• Takes pride in what they’re serving
• Brings good energy to the team!

CHEF ROLES
You’ll be part of a tight kitchen team delivering a strong breakfast/lunch menu in a busy café environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous commercial kitchen experience
• Holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification (or equivalent)
• Understands how a commercial kitchen runs - cleanliness, organisation, standards.
• Is reliable, switched on, and works well under pressure
• Keeps things clean, consistent, and up to EHO standards at all times
