WHAT A WEEKEND! ✨🍰❤️

A massive THANK YOU to Herbert’s Yard for having us — and an even bigger thank you to every single one of you who came down to see us, support us and try our patisserie. 🙏

We sold THOUSANDS of cakes over the weekend! 🤯🍰🔥

The response was absolutely incredible, and seeing so many of you enjoying what we’ve created made all the hard work worthwhile.

A huge thank you as well to all the other amazing vendors and the entire Herbert’s Yard crew for giving House of Flour such a warm welcome. ❤️ You made us feel right at home, and we had an amazing time.

This is only the beginning… 🚀

WE BUILT IT. 🖤✨

From an idea on a piece of paper… to this.

Months of designing. Building. Cutting. Changing things. Changing them again. Late nights. Early mornings. A few disasters. A lot of swearing. 😂 And an absolutely ridiculous amount of work.

But House of Flour’s mobile patisserie is FINALLY finished.

We wanted to build something completely different. Not just another food truck. A patisserie on wheels — chandeliers, rock walls, illuminated displays, cold counters packed with desserts and all the madness you’d expect from House of Flour.

We believe we’ve created the world’s first mobile patisserie of its kind — and now it’s time to find out what happens when we actually take this thing on the road. 🚀

No more renders.
No more drawings.
No more “coming soon.”

It’s built. It’s ready. And we’re going for it.

The next chapter starts NOW. 🖤

THE TIME HAS COME. WE HAVE LIFT OFF. 🚀✨

This is it. The one we’ve been building towards.

After months of designing, building, testing, creating (and a fair amount of chaos 😅)… House of Flour is officially going MOBILE. 🖤

This Thursday–Sunday, 24th–27th September, we’re rolling into Herbert’s Yard with Digbeth Dining Club for our BIG reveal.

Our mobile patisserie.
Our crazy desserts.
Our hyper-realistic fruits.
Our chandeliers. Obviously. 😂✨
And we’re bringing A LOT of cake… and a TON of custard. 😂

A massive thank you to every single person who’s followed the journey, visited the patisserie, bought a dessert, shared a post, told a friend or simply waited patiently to see this thing finally hit the road. ❤️

This is the BIG one.
