WE ARE BACK 8/7/26 (WEDNESDAY)

Thank you for your patience over the last week!

Whilst we temporarily closed we have been a busy bunch! We have hired 4 new team members (2 chefs, 2 FOH) improved our storage facilities, refined our recipes and batching quantity production.

This should make a smoother sailing Between Bread and we cant wait to welcome you back this Wednesday! See you all there!

We will be right back… ⏸️

To say the opening response has BLOWN US AWAY would be an understatement.

The demand has exceeded anything we could have imagined. So firstly thank you to everyone who turned up, ordered, waited, shared our posts, or interacted on socials. We’re very grateful.

Rather than continue at full speed ahead. We have decided to close for 1 week.

Not because we are slowing down. But because we are speeding up.

Behind the scenes in the next week we will be refining our systems, growing our team, making operations more efficient and better preparing what we have seen is possible from Between Bread.

In the opening 3 days we
🥪 delivered over 400 sandwiches
🥔 sold over 35kg of our Shoestring crisps
📱 had over a 1/4 Million views on Social Media.
🧡 sold out EVERY DAY

We will be back Wednesday 8/7/26 better than ever

In the mean time, Quaker will operate as normal and are back Wednesday from 07:00am for your coffee and brunch favourites.

I just want to say a huge thank you after what has probably been one of the busiest, hottest & challenging weeks we've had.

With temperatures over 30º every day causing two of our fridges to break down on us , opening Between Bread next door (which has been an unreal turn out).

Unfortunately this meant that we have had to reduce the menu at times, stop serving hot food, and occasionally only offer cold food. We know that it's been frustrating, especially when you've come for your Quaker favourites! So we're really sorry for that!

At the same time we've been genuinely blown away by how many of you have visited us this week. Seeing so many of you, regulars and so many new faces supporting what we both do is something we will never take for granted.

From tomorrow & into next week, we promise we will be back to normal full menu 🥳

Update from the Kitchen

Pictured : Kieran after working in the kitchen with temperatures reaching upto 45° 😅

Due to the high temperatures outside , we have decided to operate with a limited menu to reduce the use of the equipment in the kitchen to lower the temperatures inside.

Available today :
- Sandwiches
- Brunch Bowls
- Breakfast Sandwiches

Tomorrow, (Thursday 25th June), the kitchen will be closed in Quaker. But don't panic... it's the opening day for Between Bread next door so you'll still be able to get your hands on some banging sandwiches.

We will still be open for coffees, cold drinks & cakes as usual
