Buckley's restaurant is a modern, licensed establishment based in Warrington & Vale Royal College. All of our ingredients (where possible) are locally sourced to ensure fresh and delicious items for our menu's. What a fantastic evening we had last Thursday with our former students, Russell Wood and Jack Vance, returning to cook alongside the team. Hugely inspirational for all the students involved and some fantastic food served to Buckley's guests. A huge thank you to Russell and Jack for putting on such a special event.

We had the pleasure of catering for Cheshire Search and Rescue over the weekend at their Licensed Search Technician Course. Our students served up breakfast, lunch and dinner for the hungry crew, including this chicken and leek pie on Saturday night.

Well this rhubarb and custard mille feuille is both fun and delightful, but in this case the pair are both best buddies.
