“Rain before seven, dry by eleven,” Granny used to say.
Lucky for her though, Granny never had to mop up after the queue at Dick’s Bean Bar. ☔️

We’re absolutely soaked this morning, wet coats, wetter dogs, and Dick somehow spilling a flat white before we even opened.

But while the weather’s doing its usual British foreplay, we’ve got hot coffee, warm pastries, and enough caffeine to make you forget your trousers are still damp from the walk over.
