☀️ A Little Change at The Royal Oak This Summer ☀️

Running a village pub is never standing still. Sometimes you have to make changes to reflect what our customers are looking for, and after discussions with our wonderful team, we've decided to pause our Sunday roast dinners during June, July and August.
This doesn't mean we're closing our kitchen on Sundays. Far from it! Our regular menu will continue to be served every Sunday, offering plenty of choice.
Over the summer months, we're putting more focus on what makes this time of year so special – freshly brewed coffee, bacon rolls on Saturdayand Sunday's from 10.00am for walkers etc, cakes, good food, great company, and making the most of our rural surroundings.
If you've not visited us before, we have a beautiful beer garden with a view, the perfect place to sit with a coffee, enjoy a meal, or simply relax with a drink and watch the world slow down for a while.
We're also making a few changes to our beer selection, bringing in some new choices and refining what we offer behind the bar. We look forward to sharing these with you over the coming weeks.

As a family-owned, family-run free house, every decision we make is about ensuring The Royal Oak remains a thriving part of our community for years to come. Since reopening after our refurbishment in March 2025, we've been incredibly grateful for the support you've shown us.

Village pubs have been at the heart of communities for centuries. They are places to meet, connect, celebrate and unwind, and with your support we hope to continue that tradition for many years to come.
Why not take a detour from the high street chains this summer and explore the smaller independent businesses that make our villages special?
