We specialise in authentic Italian cuisine, artisan pizza, handcrafted cocktails, and carefully selected wines from Italy’s diverse regions. 🇮🇹 ZERO succeeds the Italian Touch restaurant which began in 1983 and ran successfully for more than 20 years. Gianfranco came to the UK over 30 years ago, leaving behind his family in the beautiful village of Ravello, on the stunning Amalfi Coast. A man who

discovered his passion for food at a very young age, becoming a fourth generation of restaurateurs, he is the creator of the extensive ZERO menu and the executive chef. His son, Stefano soon followed in his father’s footsteps and began working at the family restaurant at the age of 13 after school and weekends. He has the same passion for hospitality and has an extensive knowledge of fine wines; he prides himself in offering a high standard of customer service. After spending some time abroad working on other projects, they are excited to be back in the UK and in the beautiful town of Ware to launch ZERO, homage to their simple Southern Italian origins. Together they have created what they hope will be an environment suitable for everyone and all occasions. Gianfranco and Stefano invite you to walk through ZERO’S doors to savour the perfect balance of a relaxed ambience and fresh, home cooked Italian cuisine.

A LITTLE MESSAGE FROM THE ZERO FAMILY ❤️🇮🇹

It seems that, once again, rumours are making the rounds that Zero Restaurant has been sold or is for sale.

As we said in our previous announcement... nothing has changed.

The Cioffi family has not sold Zero, and we are not selling Zero.

We are still the same family, with the same passion, serving the same authentic Italian food that we've proudly shared with our community for almost 15 years.

This September, we celebrate 15 incredible years since we first opened our doors. That milestone simply wouldn't have been possible without the loyalty, support and friendship of our amazing customers. Many of you have become more than customers—you've become part of the Zero family, and for that, we are truly grateful.

We understand that rumours can spread quickly and sometimes grow into bigger stories than they deserve. So we wanted to set the record straight once again.

We're still here. We're still the Zero family. And we're looking forward to welcoming you through our doors for many more years to come.
