🍻 We’re Hiring: Bar Supervisor / Assistant Manager
The Volunteer Inn is looking for an energetic, experienced and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead our bar team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll oversee daily operations, support and motivate the team, manage stock and suppliers, maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, handle customer enquiries, and help create an inviting, lively atmosphere for our guests.
We’re looking for someone with hospitality or bar supervisory experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for great service, food and drinks.
Flexible availability is essential, including evenings and weekends.
💷 Salary: £25,420–£32,000 per year
