Big news burger lovers! 🍔🔥

Starting Monday 19th October 2026, Sophie Sings Catering Co is kicking off an all-new evening pop-up! We’ll be serving up a rotating menu of our signature handcrafted smash burgers every Monday and Tuesday night.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s hitting the grill:

* The Classic Smash Burger
Double beef smash patties, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a smothering of our signature Big Wak sauce.

* The Big Fat Greek Smash Burger
2 lamb smash patties served in a toasted brioche bun, loaded with creamy tzatziki, crumbled feta cheese, peppery rocket, and red onion.

* The Jalapeño Popper Smash Burger
Double beef smash patties layered with Americana spicy cheese, signature spicy sauce, and whole jalapeño peppers stuffed with cream cheese & cheddar, wrapped in smoky bacon and baked until crispy.

All burgers come with crispy skin on fries and a drink.

So we have been perfecting our recipes for our new Monday and Tuesday night menu. Yesterday we made our classic smash burger with our own signature sauce, and today we made our big fat greek burger with homemade tzatiki. Tomorrow we will be making our Jalapeño popper smash burgers.

We really cant wait to serve these to you guys!
