Tomorrow at access dignity care!
This is such a good cause. Parkinson’s is a horrendous disease. And I hope a cure is found for many of these cruel conditions in our life time.
Rock Steady Boxing Tendring are putting on a tombola so for every customer that spends £5 or more , I will give you a ticket that you can exchange with them for 1 free go on the tombola. It’s only across the road, free chance to win a prize and all whilst supporting an amazing cause.
I have seen for many years the damage Parkinson’s does , and I have also seen the amazing benefits and slowing of progression these sort of classes/exercise can have on a person.
If there’s anything you do tomorrow please go and give this cause the support it deserves.

Due to a leak from above we have had to shut the shop at short notice.
It has blown the electrics which is obviously needed.
