Next Saturday (4th July) sees the return of the awesome Walton Fayre. Set up and run by our good friend Tracey Palmer of Love Walton it’s a celebration of Walton’s community and the businesses that support it. The high street will be fully closed to traffic all day so that we can have the summer fair our town deserves 🥰

We’ll have loads on for you in the day with Live Music stage over the road, an outside bar serving beer, wine, cider and our awesome secret new “Walton Spritz” cocktail. 🤫 Inside we’ll have our usual range of 40 beers, our new wine list and will be running the full menu all day.

There will be loads and loads of pub garden furniture all up and down the high street so you can grab a beer and a pizza and watch the entertainment and peruse the stalls.

Looking forward to seeing you Walton.

This beer is mad.

At 8.0% it packs a punch but you wouldn’t know by the taste alone! Its soft, lightly sweet and spritzy cherry flavour combines with a touch of sourness to make the perfect fruity beer. Brewed in Belgium, steeped in tradition, ready for the taking (when paid for).

Did you know we’re up and at ‘em every Saturday and Sunday from 10-12 serving the best breakfast on the high street? We also have skilled baristas on site to fix you up a tea or coffee.

For those living by airport rules our bar is open from 10am for anything from bloody mary’s to farmhouse ciders.

Across the British Isles, early modern breakfasts were originally breads served with jams or marmalades, or else forms of oatmeal, porridge or pottage. Eggs and bacon started to appear in breakfasts in the seventeenth century, but they were not the only meats consumed in breakfasts at that time. The rising popularity of breakfast was closely tied to the rise of tea as a popular morning drink. Of note were the lavish breakfasts of the aristocracy, which would centre on local meats and fish from their country estates.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful team here at The Walton Village. Recently we took them for a well deserved staff party in London. We took a boat down the Thames, played games at and stayed up late drinking beer and wine and talking nonsense.

Here’s to the people who pour your pints, flip your burgers, stretch your pizzas and mix your cocktails.

Here’s to Stan, Jordan, Fanni, James, Charlie, Luca, Edyta, Joey, Holly, Harry, Luis, Josef, Stephen, George and Leah.
